This is a wonderful home for a family: excellent location with gorgeous view of the lake. This attractive house is very well equipped with all necessities and amenities. Our family has enjoyed several vacations here with marvelous memories of 'living' in Lakefront Luxury.
I stayed in this beautiful lakefront property early May over a weekend. It was 10 of us, including 5 kids. Everyone loved it. The setting is spectacular: gorgeous Serene Lakes and Castle Peak beyond. Quiet neighborhood. The large glass windows make you feel you're right in the nature. The home is spacious. We had plenty of space. It was a nice convenience having 3 bathrooms, one in each floor. When we were there everything including the lake was covered in snow, which was really beautiful. We'd love to see it without snow too, and enjoy the lake on a future trip. Can't wait to go back!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOLIDAY PERIODS ARE: Thanksgiving, Christmas week, New Year's week, Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, President's weekend, Ski/Skate week in February, 4th of July, and Labor Day. All of these dates are subject to required minimum night stays and specific check in days and times. Please check with our office before booking.
Reservations: Non-refundable booking fee of $300 required upon booking reservation.
Payment: Castle Peak must receive full payment of the rent due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of scheduled arrival require full payment upon booking. A $500 security deposit is required with each booking or you can purchase CSA Damage Insurance for $30/stay.
Keys: Each unit has a lock box w/key. Before arrival you will be given the combination. There is a charge of $25 for each lost key.
Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid (not including security deposit). If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival and we can re-rent the unit only the $300 non refundable booking fee will be retained. There is no exception for cancellations due to weather and/or road condtions, ask about our CSA Travel Insurance.
Restrictions: All units are NO SMOKING/NO PET units unless noted otherwise. All units have restrictive telephones, toll calls and long distance calls need a credit card. All rentals are limited to families or responsible groups of adults 21 years of age or older.
Check In/Check Out: Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Late check out time may be prearranged depending on next arrival for a slight fee.
