This light filled, large, luxurious log home has it: a grand entry hall inviting you in, a great room with leather chairs surrounding a two story soaring rock fireplace, a boot and clothes drying closet, a large adjoining covered porch with ski-back chairs around a fire table and SPACE HEATERS! The banquet size dining room adjoins a beautifully appointed kitchen with a commercial grade range and a pizza oven which is built into the rock wall. This 4,000+ sq foot home has one king master bedroom along with two other king bedrooms and a bunk room. The third floor has a view down to the great room and to the outside pine trees. Here is where the bunk room and a full bathroom are located with 4 sets of impressive large log bunk beds and amble room for the kids to play and its own bathroom. Oh almost forgot the icing on the cake, the getaway room on the first floor with a rock fireplace, large flat screen TV, foosball table and a popcorn machine. Come relax, unwind and savor the Pate Family Ski Club.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOLIDAY PERIODS ARE: Thanksgiving, Christmas week, New Year's week, Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, President's weekend, Ski/Skate week in February, 4th of July, and Labor Day. All of these dates are subject to required minimum night stays and specific check in days and times. Please check with our office before booking.
Reservations: Non-refundable booking fee of $300 required upon booking reservation.
Payment: Castle Peak must receive full payment of the rent due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of scheduled arrival require full payment upon booking. A $500 security deposit is required with each booking or you can purchase CSA Damage Insurance for $30/stay.
Keys: Each unit has a lock box w/key. Before arrival you will be given the combination. There is a charge of $25 for each lost key.
Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid (not including security deposit). If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival and we can re-rent the unit only the $300 non refundable booking fee will be retained. There is no exception for cancellations due to weather and/or road condtions, ask about our CSA Travel Insurance.
Restrictions: All units are NO SMOKING/NO PET units unless noted otherwise. All units have restrictive telephones, toll calls and long distance calls need a credit card. All rentals are limited to families or responsible groups of adults 21 years of age or older.
Check In/Check Out: Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Late check out time may be prearranged depending on next arrival for a slight fee.
